How should I care for my Parachute products?
Most of our items are machine washable. We recommend washing in cool water with a mild liquid detergent and tumble drying on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the natural fibers.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Yes, The Eco Comfort Mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use.
